Isn’t it nice when you see folks who know their stuff do something really well? You can’t help but admire them when it’s clear they are experts in their field. Where companies are concerned the same thoughts can be applied too. I’ve been wondering for a while why it seemed the Lord had been nudging me to learn a new language (one of the easiest to pick up actually). Today the light bulb finally went on.
It’s all to do with a huge global market completely untapped right under all our noses. Over the last year it’s importance has been gradually dawning on me. However, reading some new stats today has literally socked me between the eyes. Ignoring them may have huge implications for Christian publishers worldwide. If their marketing departments are worth their salt they won’t want to sleep walk past this one…

“The times they are a changing”. Perhaps never more has a truer word been spoken, and especially with regard to the publishing world today. As Christian publishers the challenge facing us is very evident. If we are to remain on the cutting edge of new thought and ideas, we need to courageously and fearlessly embrace and adapt to the rapid pace of change thrust on us all on an almost daily basis.
